Take the wheels and hubs off by removing the circlips.
Them undo the grub screws in the sprocket carrier and disc carrier. Loosen off the 2 pinch bolts in the back of the bearing carriers. Then with a rubber mallet tap the axle out removing the disc and sprocket carriers as you go. Then you are left with the bearings in the carriers twist the bearings to 90 degrees and they will slide ou easy. Clean the carriers before inserting the new bearings and the do everything in the reverse order and hey presto
