i popped some new springs into my 160 heads, i'd taken off the rockers just to change and refresh,

issue arose on the last on, on trying to sat the clearance the smaller top bolt just spins now,

Can the spine/shaft that threads on be replaced as an individual item and where is the best place to get one and some new bolts/nuts.
