Just bought a cheap tony kart with a 4 stroke world formula engine. Starts and ticks over fine with no bad noises. As soon as it gets any throttle the engine knocks. The clutch engages on the stand and spins wheels but as soon as it is on the floor it just knocks and wont pull off. Also tries to stall when the revs pick up when on the stand.
Cleaned carb and jets, set mixture, makes no difference if i remove air filter, put in new plug.
Main jet is stock 96. Feels like there is a bit of movement on crankshaft.

Any ideas?
