There was a release from MSA late last year or very early this stating cadets would only be until the year of their 12th birthday which would be from 2018.

I did have a look to check a little while ago and could not find anything confirming this is actually going to be the case, in fact it did seem as though this was not being implemented in 2018.

I would get a written confirmation from the MSA as to the 2018 situation.
