Of course if you want to look the coolest on the track, it has to be black Douglas LV rims every time. Coincidentally they tend to work quite well every time, but only because black is the fastest colour. These rims are 130mm front and 200mm rear.

On a serious note, rim width, in my experience, has more of a profound effect in the wet. But with the infinite different amounts of 'wetness' finding the right rim for the conditions is difficult to say the least. In my opinion (!!), tyre pressure is a lot more imporatant than rim width regardless of what rim you opt for.
