Not really what you want to hear but here's my experience...

I got a local m/c shop to machine a Gx390 crank down to 19mm but they moaned about how hard the surface was and how they had burnt out a few tools. It cost me a bomb!
(I had a magnum Cheetah clutch I wanted to use so that influenced my decision rather than buy a 390, £150, type clutch)
btw, with smaller Gx engines its easier just to buy a new crank with the correct 19mm parallel end.
