Sounds like air, but the glazed pads or pad compund is worth looking at. I had brake trouble in the past and didnt know much at all of how to bleed it, i got a friend whos a trained mechanic who showed me exactly how to do it, so i would sugest doing the same. I had it explained plenty of times but was stil;l unsure, until you know your doing it exactly right thats the only time your going to have confidence.
If its an MS brake i presume its a MS chassus why not talk to Howard Lucas?
Plus you will need to find out what fluid it is, because even draining the fluid may not be enough, some systems require certain ones DOT 4 or DOT 5 so i would talk to H.
