Hi ross its Mike keep the chassis sleeves on the 7kart sprayed with wd40 or other lubricant to stop it corroding underneath and to give best performance. keep the rear axle bearings clean and lubed with wd40 as it will allow the axle to run cleaner as those bearings have the side covers of. replace when u feel they are getting worn. check valve clearences after every 2hours running time inlet .0015 of an inch and exhaust .003 of an inch.generaly check the kart over for loose nuts and bolts evry so often. any other quistions about that kart email me at michaelkew94@googlemail.com
