Possible leaking inlet valve, blowing oil into the carb, engines tipped over during transport?
Recommended 450 mls, in sprint racing 400 to 420 mls, some use less but that’s fairly close to the amount. If you have no measure fill till the oil just strats coming up the threads in the filler, with the engine on a flat surface, that’s about 410 ml.
This is as much as I can help, I am sure others who know more will add to this.
