Thanks for ur advise. It is perfectly clear to me that ALL tyres are controlled by Howard, I have spoken to him. You CANNOT use any other tyre unless it has been issued by him. Therefore ALL teams will hopefully have 2 and a half sets. Again I ask if i can purchase the spare half set at the time of issue from any team that has bought 3 sets.
