I've had experience with Zip storm, BRM and the Arrow AX9 and to be honest there's not much between them. But if I had to choose I'd go for the BRM or the Arrow the brembo breaks on the BRM are great and the support/advice you'll get from walker racing with the Arrow is unsurpassed it's like your in the race team. Both are easy to setup. Unfortunately they are both hard to come by second hand expect to pay around £900 to £1000 for a good 09 rolling chassis (if you can find one).
