the parts will swap but you will be keeping the old bearings with the old crankshaft so only getting the new bores/pistons/rings as a benefit.
The valves will probably still need lapping to get a good seat.

Have you considered refreshing your bore with a glaze buster and fitting new rings? Obviously check compression beforehand to see if the bore is where your power loss actually is.

anyway... back to your Q... yes the cranks will swap over.
