Base set up for a Mk1 was...

16 deg castor

Ride height (front) from the top washer, spacer, stub, spacer.

15mm front, with 130mm rim

150mm rear, with a 180mm rim

Bumper just nipped on the rubbers

No tow

Start at 24 front 26 rear pressures

Seat... T8 preferably

24' from pedal spiggot to rounded bit under your thigh

That same point should be 6' to 6.5' above the floor tray

Back of the seat lip to the brake bracket 7.5'

That should be everthing...?
