Has anyone tried a gx140 emulsion tube? In there gx160/gx200 engine? If so is it a worthwhile upgrade?

Have anyone tried just solder the holes on the emulsion to tube to make it the same as the gx140? Im having difficulty getting the solder to stick to the brass....

Any feedback would be good seems like no one has brought this subject up in the past
