I would recommend taking the block to a third party machine shop to get a hone.
(please read other posts for hone instructions)

As with all tools the good cost the most.

How much will be removed?
ans: not enough to fail scrutineering but enough to make the bore round.

last point... lots of people, on forums and all over the web, misuse the term honing, please use your own judgement now you know more.
