'You reap what you sow' comes to mind.

Fair minded people were already leaving Honda S1 2 or 3 years ago in protest at the appalling standards of driving that were condoned and or overlooked by the officials.

All it needed then was a firm hand and a few tough but fair penalties to bring the kids and by association their parents back into line.

Sounds like they left it too long!
