first thing that springs to mind is end play of the clutch on the crankshaft.

You need a very small amount of end play to allow the needle rollers to survive, when the locking bolt/nut is tightened.

second thing to check is that you have a neat fitting flat washer between the clutch and the small radius on the crankshaft.
Without this flat washer the bearing is damaged as it spreads and climbs the radius.
