If you look closely, you will see that this is a recoil for the new UT2 engine. Get used to it. Why do you think Honda have done a ground up redesign of the engine? They make more money on spares than engines, but with even genuine UT1 recoils now available for £20, Honda want their spares monopoly back.

In any case, the French could teach Brit sellers a thing or two about robbing. How about a bare GX120 block for €700. Thats more than twice the price of a complete new engine, but if the number isn't recorded by the French karting business cartel you can't race it.
