If you measure you will almost certainly find that the big end is worn rather than the con rod. There is an oversize con rod available but it won't conform to regulations and in any case you will probably find it cheaper to replace the crankshaft. If your crankshaft is worn you should also check the inner bearing surface on the camshaft which also wears.
