My take....

Non MSA: likely to attract the best drivers and biggest grid. Probably harder to win than the last two years.

MSA: will undoubtedly be thought of by some as a superior championship, purely because of the MSA tag. Unfortunately will detract from the non MSA series. Probably will be easier to win than the last two years.

I say stick all the eggs into one basket (non-MSA) and give prokarting it's best possible chance of a revival. The existence of the MSA series threatens this. Time will tell I suppose.
