Hi Lard, thanks for pointing out to the prokart community that the 2013 regs are on the abkc.org.uk web-site. Kelvin has invested literally years of time and effort to refine this set of regulations for prokarters to conform to. If every circuit, every series and every prokarter adhered to these regulations it makes (racing) life a lot easier to be able to go to different tracks to race.
