Cheers Andy & Ian (& thanks Ratty369 as I hijacked your thread)

I guessed as much but it's nice to get it confirmed. Up until recently my lad has preferred wet conditions but we changed to a P1 chassis this year and he's struggled for exit grip at the last wet meeting. Hence the thought that led to the question - if I give him more acceleration out of the corner it's going to be worse.
Guess he's got to learn to control the foot a bit (or make sure he's a bit straighter before driving out)...
