It varies from engine to engine and is it a t1 or t2. It also affects engines differently. I fitted 3 restrictors to my engines back in January but was horrified at the performance losses I spoke to two major engine builders they both recommended having all engines dynoed to see how much performance had been lost. Since restrictors were fitted. some had lost upto 0.8 on top end and 0.3 on bottom end and curve. I had all 3 given a full rebuild the best they could get them back too was 0.1 lost on bottom end and 0.2 on top end but without the dyno and rebuilds they were poor so I would recommend you send it to an engine builder or u could be losing a lot of performance. My third engine even with a rebuild was still 0.5 down on top end and 0.4 on bottom end. It went from a good cadet engine to a clubman engine over night. I hope that helps if u r lucky u will only lose 0.3 if unlucky a lot more. but the t2 seems to not get affected as badly
