I`d say looking at the pics it`s an early and i mean early `Biz` circa 1996, based on the corporate/hire kart they made in those days, clues also are the chainguard stickers and the height of the engine mounts which were always tall on the Biz. Can`t quite see but it might even have a Kelgate brake on it.
Hope you didn`t pay too much for it ? It`s not going to win you a championship but you can have a hell of a lot of fun on it without anything breaking, they were and still are bombproof, Bob Pope uses a similar chassis for his hire karts which go on and on.
