All of the main engine builders already have the tooling to set the new timing positions. So u can either purchase a second hand engine and take it to any of them to be adjusted. Or purchase a brand new one from them and it will be ready for the new regs. IMO rpm have the most engines out there and some very good drivers on them and results are a good gauge. But UFO or jeff Johnson are both very good builders and if they are local then u may be just as well to go to one of those. all are very helpful good luck
