Kev - ignore the FH. FH is a tyre used in the US. Your choice of tyres here is the XM and the XH - and the tyre everyone is predominantly using is the XM.

Essentially, the XM is softer and offers more grip, however the XH is slightly harder, lasting that bit longer. Although looking at their chart, it doesn't look any less grippy.
