The XR30 couldn't keep up at Bayford, Round 2, the only person slower was me... with a leaking radiator. Not saying the engines bad, its definitely competitive, just not as amazing as people have been making out. R3, whilton it was being run by a guy called Josh Gollin, which from what i've heard is someone to watch if your looking for pace, coupled with a 2013 kosmic chassis, brand new vega whites (filled with nitrogen) and running round his home track, it all coupled together nicely. His driving style was err abrupt shall we say from the few times we were together :) Good engine, but the 50hour check ups and the fact you have to mix oil with the fuel put me off it slightly. Has a very wide torque band from my understanding though.
