As Thomas knows, I still have a love affinity for the Swiss Auto - I am convinced it is the strongest motor out there. But even if I am right (which I doubt I am, all the motors are so close now), Swiss auto's are like rocking horse poo, and when they do come up for sale, the owner is always looking a sum of money rivalling the gold held in Fort Knox (if there is any gold in Fort Knox, but that is an entirely different debate all together... ;)).

Thomas is right - choice of motor is more about ease of use and reliability in Open. There are pro's and cons to all the motors, but if you can get a Biland and afford the upgrades, then that is the easy choice hands down.
