It sounds like you need JJ's magic wand. Whenever you rebuild an engine yourself, it rarely comes up to the standard of the specialists rebuilds. There are so many simple things that you have got slightly wrong. Head torque ( you might of overtightened and distorted it), valve seating, valve clearances, piston and ring sizes, ign timing, plug gap, the list is endless. Pop it back to JJ to be corrected.
