Sorry guys, I forgot to mention that I have had the engines for a few months and as such have ran them in. They have had about 5 hours running. both practice and race but I still can't max out the revs.

Yes I have degoverned the engines.

When I get home from work tonight, I will be trying new fuel lines direct from the tank to the filters to ensure there is no restriction in flow, after that, not sure what to try.
