He is just a BIG lad he plays Rugby and is as fit as a fiddle and trains twice a week, plays footy for his school is in the school running club and does all the after school clubs, (but I might stop him going to the cooking club). He even sometimes goes to the local boxing club to train. Trying to get a 10 year old to go on a diet is not easy.....The 103KG weight limit is set way too low!
Anyone else struggling????
