Im no expert but surely you need a bit of toe out in the wet! 3-4mm would be a good starting point. We use Sniper lazers.....

We get quite a bit of rain up in Cumbria....

Neutral in the dry! or even a tiny bit of toe in when its super dry....which it never is!
