This time of year at a lot of tracks even the fastest drivers can use old inters in the dry or almost dry.
Cadet tyres are relatively, very hard.In the cold there is very little difference in lap times, the inters can generate more heat which is why you will find it hard to find any worn ones this time of year as they can be worn right out in practice.
As you are starting out,and if you can get hold of any,you can stick them on your dry rims until need be and just go as wide at front as possible
