Yep 475ml all the time. Also don't be afraid to run Joe gibbs KRT for 5-6 hours, so you can get 3 race weekends out of it.

After you have changed the oil let the old oil settle for 2 days, then slowly pour it out and you can examine the sediment for any big metallic chunks, seeing 30-40 minute speckles of metallic debris is perfectly normal.

Always let your engine idle for 10 minutes before you use it, as cold oil does not work very well
