Hello UK Karting!

My name's Ethan. I'm fourteen, fifteen in February, and I'm currently looking to enter the world of karting. I'm planning to eventually drive in F1, and since most of the current drivers started in karts, I figured it would be the best place to start! :)

Can anyone give me some information about a good beginner championship, or something, that's cheap to enter? Good for beginners? If there are any strict rules on kart specifications that would be greatly appreciated too, as I'm endeavouring to build one myself :)
