Then find out which weekends you can consider. Races tend to occur at MOST of our tracks once a month. It's usually based on the same 'weekedn' each month. So, one track may race on the 1st Sunday of the month all year and another tyrack will race on the 2nd Sunday of each month and so on.., throughout the year.

The next race at Clay Pigeon seems to be on the 12th October. I therefore think that Clay race on the 2nd Sunday of the month but do NOT take my guess as 'Gospel'. Go to this web site for more details:-

If you can get there, post a new message here with the title:-

"Jnr. Newbie needs intro at Clay on 12th Oct"

Then politely ask to meet someone at the track. You should get replies. Remember, you will HAVE to be polite, quiet and HELPFUL.... buying teas and bacon sarnies for the team is a good idea. They will show you what karting is about and you'll meet other karters.
