I simply don't understand your statements. How the HELL does 12-13 degrees 'on paper' NOT mean 12-13 degrees on EARTH? Or are you suggesting that the bit 'on paper' is so VASTLY TRIPE as to be meaningless?

The earth's axis DOES 'wobble'. It's deeply understood. here's a reasonable explanation about it in Wiki. Read it!

The earth's axis DOES move by around 3 degrees but that's over a FORTY TWO THOUSAND year cycle, not a THREE year cycle! That much movement of the arth's axis over 3 years would have the SEAS slopping over!

I am walking around in a daze at the moment! I am STUNNED that people BELIEVE that the earth's axis could change THAT rapidly without CATESTROPHIC results! Can you IMAGINE the amount of ENERGY required to move the earth's axis by THAT much and THAT fast??? I suspect it would be enough to return the earth to a MOLTEN BALL!

Being honest, you are not the worst: I found ONE web site that has claimed it has moved by TWENTY SIX DEGREES in the last few years....... and we haven't NOTICED IT!

You also suggest that there is 'some calculation' about the difference between true-north and Magnetic North! Again, I am shocked! So 'known' is this fact that you might have noticed people painting new numbers on certain UK runways in the last few years where the magnetic north has moved (in an ENTIRELY known and expected manner) enough to move the runaway's designation from, for example, 23 degrees to 24 degrees, so, what was 'runway 23' is now 'runway 24'.
