I think that there's no way that the FIA will let LH/Mclaren win it. They will already have determined from their post race scrutineering this year some minor aspect of the Mclaren that does not comply with the regs, and will pull it out of the hat at the last round if LH is ahead in the drivers championship. In the meantime they will ensure by decisions such as the Bourdais one, that Massa stays in the hunt.
