While on the subject of goalies ...

The goalkeeper of a second division team had just endured his worst ever game. Three down after the first 5 minutes, trailing by 20 goals at half time and slumping to an eventual 45-0 defeat, the sound of the full time whistle was a welcome relief.
Considering retiring from the sport he trudged back to the dressing room, staring at the ground and trying to ignore the boos from the stands and looks of his team mates.

He slumped down on the bench and put his head in his hands to cry... and missed!
