Most people have to PAY for such help!

...... go and READ what I wrote about buying a copy of Norton on-line! NEVER DO IT!

Buy an OEM copy of Norton Internet Security from Novatech (Ł16 ish). Uninstall your Norton COMPLETELY and re-install with the newer copy! Do NOT tell Norton you have done so! OEM copies are only for NEW PCs...... just don't TELL them!

Keep away from Norton 360......

Your other choice is to uninstall Norton. Re-install form your original discs and re-update by calling Symantic (Norton) and telling them that you 'deserve' the update becasue you HAVE paid for it which you will be able to prove.
