UK divorce law does need updating. Something designed to financially protect the 1950s housebound housewife who was unable to get into the workplace is today being used as a lever to transfer wealth... sometimes to grotesque degrees.

Because she's been with Bernie for 23 years, the law will have deemed 'the partnership' as having created the wealth over that period and not just him... and she'll likely walk away with the most incredible sums for lying on her back !
