Steve, we have covered this already. I use the Album Art problem as ILLUSTRATIVE of the the whole PROGRAM in exactly the same way as I am using ITunes as an example of very POOR quality Apple programs. It is easy to explain and easy for you to TEST what I am claiming.

The other problems are equally as bad but much more complex! The Albumn Art problem also encapsulates the CORE of the probelm..... where sofware is driven by the MARKETING department and NOT by users, testers amd those who actually UNDERSTAND computers!

In my 30 years in 'computers' I have yet to meet a SINGLE marketing man who is CAPABLE of using a computer, let alone specifying its use! I suspect Billy Gates and Steve Jobs are the exceptions..... but I haven't met either of them!
