With the withdrawal of Subaru from rallying Prodrive will have a big hole in their income so is this the catalyst for Dave Richards to make a move on Honda to realise his F1 team aspirations? Maybe even Williams could prove a tasty target and possibly more affordable without the Honda engine plant as par of that package.
I would not be surprised to see Dave Richards make an approach to Frank Williams, and given that it is reported that there are other interested parties for Honda approach that consortium for an engine supply contract just in case Toyota go the same way as Honda and close their team.
