It's a programe that hides it's self on your computer. It is not a virus so difficult to pick up.

It keeps flashing up "You have a virus on your computer" go to this website for the cure.

To provide extra incentive it changes a few things around on your computer and then says "this function not available due to your infection etc etc".

A right pain in the @r$e in other words.

This kind of scareware is known to be hard to remove but thought maybe one of the Karting "Computer Gods" may have some advice.
