of course you should try not to kill innocent people but its to be expected for innocent people to die. i don't really understand laws of war as killing people is against the law so is there any rules, surely it would be kill the enemy by ANY means possible? blowing the enemy into submission is what wins wars, not pussy footing around. but still it is bad that innocent people are killed.

also wrong that mr bush and blair went to war for oil but thats another story altogether....
