Take a look at the amazon.co.uk reviews on the book... particularly the one by Christine. Its not surprising really. As I said above, I feel there were whole swathes of that book that didn't need to be published because they're really of no interest to the type of people that would buy it. All Hines needs now is one of these people to 'lawyer up' on him over it.
