Amazon can pull them if they're slanderous, libelous, offensive etc... This one has all the ingredients to be pulled I'm afraid. Still I think its fantastic to hear the other side of the story, isn't it. I'd be intrigued to hear what Gary Paffett has to say about the book... I'd be pretty sure his version of events is different to Hines' recollection. He's with media savvy 2MB, so he'll keep schtum I'm sure.

Terry Donoghue does ring a bell for me and I can't remember from where. Maybe 100cc karting in the late 1970s, early 1980s ? Not sure.
