As Itpro has stated the BCC facility will do what you want. To stop your ISP detecting that fact that you are "Bulk" emailing, perhaps you should create a series of Distribution Lists containing say 20 email addresses. This would mean that you would have to send the email 10 times, which is a bit of a pain, but would at least negate your ISP from 'blocking'.
Another alternative is to use your own SMTP server, rather than that provided by your ISP.
There are many available, freeware /shareware / commercial, that can do the job.
SMTP uses Port 25 to communicate with the outside world, but sometimes ISPs put a block on this port, which means that you need to detect which port is available for SMTP traffic. Some software products will auto-detect the correct port for you, otherwise it is a case of trial and error. Typically, if Port 25 is blocked, ISPs will use ports in the range 26 to 53.
