I agree about the fog lights, do they never wonder why they have an extra light glowing on the dash board?

Snow chains are a no no because the snow doesn't pack deep enough and we salt the roads.

As a point of interest, if a plod 'does' you for fog lamps, how does he measure 100 metres/yards?

He can't carry equipment that is sophisticated enough to measure the conditions.

Also by the time that equipment arrived, the conditions would change.

There is another danger on our roads that really 'aggs' me, it's cyclists.

These light jumping, light less morons deserve to be KILLED!

I don't go out of my way to avoid them when they jump the lights, I seem strangely attracted to them, like a moth to a frame :)

They barrel through pedestrian crossings without thought for grown ups or children.

They jump traffic lights with no regard to the fact that the green man is illuminated and the pedestrians should be allowed to cross in safety.

Those that do have lights, use illegal flashing led lamps and there is a chance that the high intensity white led's could send a driver into an epileptic fit if they are a sufferer, as the frequency is in the danger range.

The annoying thing is that plod continues to do absolutely nothing about these riders.

Some muppet even has the cheek to put up memorials up at traffic lights to these dead bozo's, in the form of old bikes painted completely white, to represent a ghost.

More ghosts please, perhaps it might put the willies up the stupid cyclists.

The ONLY riders I see with legal lights are in fact, the community police.
