As you say Kudos you ARE paying for it and so you are just getting some of your money back to help pay for your kid.

Civil servants who monitor opinions like yours will happily advise the chancellor to lower the thresholds so that people like you get nothing, and then you won't have to complain.

After all the govt knows best how to spend our money don't they - Irag, Afghanistan, NHS IT project, Northen Rock, HBOS, RBS, Toxic Asset Bank, French Aircraft Carriers, Japanese Trains.
